In a private situation, that scenario plays out a lot differently.

Or maybe you’re falling out of a tree. In a private situation, you may easily exclaim your fears about your impending doom.

But if you are in public, this situation must be enacted in a different way. When falling from a tree, you must act like you are voluntarily choosing to descend at a rapid pace from the tree top to the very hard, very solid ground below.

Then again, perhaps this weird human instinct isn’t quite appropriate in all situations….

I just started to work on my 3D project when I realized I had severely messed up my reference drawing. After restarting it about 3 times, I got frustrated and decided to not work on it tonight and to re-draw the model. I have to sketch it up, perfectly, so I can use it to model my futuristic train. It’s simple enough, except for the front of it. It’s a very curvy train and so it scares me.

But! I had an idea! I’m drawing my new sketch on graph paper so I know my lines are straight and my curves are consistent! YAY GRAPH PAPER! Also, I’ve been avoiding having to drive all the way to Metairie (about an hour from where I live now) to go pick up my anatomy test book from my mom’s. I suppose I will have to do that tomorrow as well. Oh blah.

Anyway, I added a new link on the side bar! It’s to one of my favorite webcomics, Boxer Hockey. I went to school with the creator and even met him…and then I think I creeped him out by squeeling at him about how awesome his webcomic is….hm…anyway, he’s super nice and totally awesome and the webcomic is hilarious! UPDATE:

haha, yeeeeah, I totally forgot to take a picture of our P.F. Chang’s banquet. I went to go pick up the food at the restaurant and I thought I was going to strangle the guy behind the counter. He was very nice, but he proceeded to take EVERYTHING out of the bag and make sure it was right. At that point, being as hungry as I was, I didn’t care what was in the bag, I was going to eat it!

Though, after I ate my meal, I was glad he checked. What if I had gotten home and there was a goat in the bag. Like, a live goat. What then?

Then what?

Remind me to re-calibrate the colors for my two monitors…this image looks WAAAAY different on the one I actually painted it on…

That night I ended up making some spaghetti and meatballs. It wasn’t very good, but I think I know what went wrong, so I shall try again soon!

And okay, there is no long answer here. I just had a craving and it was all I could think about. I tried to think of something a little more clever or catchy, but then my stomach kept growling and I had recently bought all of the ingredients. So there I was, typing “Spaghetti and a Meatball” when I remembered just how significant that actually was for me.

My favorite spaghetti and meatball dish is the one that my mom makes. She makes THE BEST sauce and meatballs around! When I was in kindergarten, the teacher had us make “About Me” posters to present to the class. I remember working on it at home with my mom and one of the things we had to answer was about our favorite food. I remember saying “Spaghetti and Meatballs!” and my mom had helped me draw it on my poster!

This memory warmed my heart and so I’m actually very satisfied about my blog’s title.

Obviously, the development of this baby is that of a T-Rex at this point. And we know how much T-Rex loves his iPod. And guess what? You’ve all now seen the inside of my uterus! haha! Just wait, the trauma will soon set in. Anyway, I’m still super excited and I can’t wait to one day show my kid this entry! It will only add evidence to their suspicions that their mother is completely insane.

That’s right! I’m having a baby! Woooooo! No, but really, that’s like the scariest thought of all scary thoughts, right? Anyway, I went to my first ultrasound today and sure enough, there’s the lil’ dude or dudette!

You guys have no idea how excited I am to push this dude outta my vagina in a few months! YAAAAAY!

That’s when I re-discovered something back in my closet and suddenly, getting dresses became the greatest idea since buying pre-frozen fruit in bags.

I really cannot remember where I got this t-shirt other than I know it was from the internet. I’ll have to dig around for that link.
